Way overpriced

At 95 pounds per night, one expects much, much more (my wife and I took a "triple room"). The cold water tap did not function in the wash basin. The shower did not work. The mattress was old and lumpy. The "flat-screened" TV's mentioned on the website are tiny; more like a computer monitor. The room was freezing cold (the new remote-controlled heater was positioned high on the wall above the door and did not effectively heat the entire room). The breakfast was slightly below average quality for a seaside B&B; not what one would expect at this price. On the plus side, the landlord is friendly, chatty and interesting.
